Any idea the current size of Valeants managed markets/account managers team? Did they bring most people over from B&L?
so are you saying they keep 3-4 in-house? Do they tend to leave teams in place from company's they pick up- say the B&L (division of valeant) MM team?
In total ! Most are blitz , this ain't no picnic , they keep the cheapest workers and new starters the best are tossed. Believe this!
