Go for the job-you will be fine. Like any other job it all depends on who your boss is. Most are okay.
Unfortunately I came away with a negative feeling. They asked the stupidest behavior based interviewing questions - all negative - like give me an example of when a co-worker behaved badly.....all very negative.....instead of asking questions like, "tell me about a project that you handled that turned out well".....ugh.
They use interview guides to keep it legal and prevent people from suing them if they don't get the job. It's the same guide they use to hire sales people. Don't take it personal-lawyers run all facets of the company including hiring.
