Eisai Executives, Thank you for finally taking the right next step and retiring OB. He had to go, he ruined your company for several years. For every 1 good move, there were 75 bad ones. He is a selfish, arrogant, condescending person. No feeling for anyone or anything. So, good news is as of Sept that snake, is gone. Bad news, his followers, his henchmen linger amongst us. Executives take a close look the sales team is not inspired by the current group. Continue to weed out these corrupt people from the top so we have a chance, a chance to change Eisai, bring back the old days when we made $ and the right people were promoted. Personally, Tim Kopko could not inspire anyone if you paid him. He is not what he seems either. He will move to Japan, but do you want him. See the standard should be consistent, trustworthy, loyal, and unwavering. He was brought up the ranks by OB, what does that tell you, the all have no true integrity. Politics, $,always win...sales team is tired of this being the way. So look at your directors, DM's god, please look at all of them...so many horrible managers here and makes some changes. TK is an incompetent, micromanager with a huge ego. He suffocates people. No innovation or independent thought allowed...unless you clear it with the General TK. Laughable? Hate when he even speaks. Start off by getting rid of Mark C. A lot of negative stuff he has allowed to happen. Then get rid of Nisa.....what a waste. Next, M Crisci, no contacts and does not know his products. Come on Eisai. So True, this is the first day in the new world order and hopefully the MC, NS or MR and other individuals who were gate guards during this reign of terror called the OB era or people "just taking orders' will now be held to account. The Sr Management group should take note of these, and continue to weed out the individuals who only know the OB way
