If this had not been such a bitter and hostile takeover attempt, Valeant should make offers to some of the former Allergan board members and management team, to bring some disciplined vision and respect to this wayward company. Valeant desperately needs creative people who are well-educated and well-seasoned in scientific aspects in their upper management.
