Within 2 years I hear the Ped salesforce will be about half of what it is now. This is coming from the top.

Heather is going to continue to revolutionize the business model for nutritionals at Abbott. Finally, someone who has the guts to kick out the bad performers!!

 

Somebody please tell me how the bad performers are assessed. I see many of them going to TPC continually. A bad performer seems to be one who lacks creative writing skills on SAPs.

 

What do you mean continue? What has she done so far? I'll be honest, I wouldn't know what she looks like if she came up to me in my territory, What does that tell you.
