Have pa, kk done this training?

    A culture of honest discussions?
    Transparency ?
    Ethical behavior?

They must not taken the training yet...or ever!

Those two are the poster children for unethical behavior. As KK about how often compliance has had to have interventions with her.

Forget compliance for a minute...what about treating people with a little class ..we have a Code of Conduct? What a joke

Kk push one Hq person to point of tears, HR had to get involved

Do you think she knows (or cares) about treating people with class? Actually I believe she is on the spectrum when it comes to her as she lacks any emotional attachment or empathy.

Sociopath fueled by inferiority complex and need for recognition.
Probably had a tough toilet training and weaning process as a child.

Look up Aspergers in Adults and tell me that our sales leader doesn't match the description.

Does she have aspergers? If she does then we really cant make fun of her diagnoses.

No one is making fun, just trying to figure out the root cause for her behavior. If it is the case then she should not be in a leadership position responsible for so many people. Put her in an individual contributor role where her focus and attention to detail will be optimized. Aspergers or not, her skill is NOT people motivation.

Moving her out of a position because of her disability would be discrimination. However, I do agree her SKILL SET does not match the role of a sales leader/motivation. She would be great in another role, sales leader is just not one of them. Put her in Corporate behind a computer screen where she will have virtually no interaction with people.

She is a liability in her current role and is bringing this company down. Disabled or not.

Agree. It doesn't matter if she has a disability or not. She should not be in this position. She is not qualified and is killing the moral of the company. HOW DID SHE GET THIS FAR IN HER POSITION? She is incompetent as is the people who hired her. I thought getting rid of CES was a good thing, but bringing in KK to replace her puts us and the company in worse position.
