Upcoming Shire sales rep layoffs to be MASSIVE!

Look forward to a 30% field force reduction by the end of Q2. Wish the news could be better.

 

They will cut 10% before then as they will get there puppets or baby sitters to look for excuses in there reps and Fire them, so they do not have to pay full severance packages, this will save a few million.

 

Then why expand?

 

Absolute nonsense.

 

They expand so that they have reps with no tenure so that they don't have to pay severance too. Also these new reps or robots they will mold into KK's crazy culture.

 

So which is it? does she want reps with no tenure for easier layoffs or new reps that are robots for KK?

 

I feel bad for the Allergan reps- overpaid, under qualified and easily replaced! haha

 

Trust me, if people are getting let go, they are getting full severance and that ain't cheap. Quit trying to start chaos
