When you let anyone scare you in to being a mere bystander to what you know is wrong, you just became a perpetrator and an enabler. You are the one who allowed the Jews to be slaughtered, the murders, rapes and crimes of all kinds to continue with no consequences. You let one of your own be treated badly and say nothing, you are as bad as the perpetrator. Doesn't matter if it's verbal, physical or reputation you witness being destroyed. You need to step up and tell mgmt. It's the only thing here that will separate you from being scum.

No. Hell is being a life long coward. Its convenient both for management and weak insecure people to spread fear . It makes for a quick excuse to avoid taking action. The more insecure you are, the more you'll go along with the herd brain washing.

The more confident and sure of yourself, the greater your sense of self worth, the less you will turn a blind eye. A truth known throughout history, that will never change, no matter where you are or what you do. It's called being responsible. You lose a job doing the right thing, another door will open and your self respect will soar.

 

It's how it's done here. You are suppose to ignore problems and hope they go away.

 

There is no skill involved in claiming credit for work others did, inheriting a high producing territory and systematically shitting on others to get yourself promoted. No great talent in screwing over others privately and publically. No exceptional ability in wearing a nice suit, grinning a bleached tooth smile and claiming you did all the work on something you hijacked in the first place. Telling others to cover your ass and humiliating them in the process is below pig level. Flashing photos of your adorable offspring also requires little talent.
