don't refer someone. I did and they totally treated referral unprofessionally. Never returned calls to let person know that an internal candidate was given the job at the last minute, Amy can go back to Amgen and act like she is too good for everyone
Interesting. I received a call from HR to interview, completed phone screen, said would contact me to schedule face to face...crickets for three weeks. Quite strange.
