How do you beat a superior product in Trokendi that launched a year before Qudexy??? Certainly not the way we are doing it! Maybe it's time to get someone involved with actual experience. But who would consider coming here at this point?
And USL does not even make Qudexy! We rely on another company to make this worthless drug for use because USL Denver is incompetent.
We would have had a chance of being successful with QXR if we would've launched it correctly from the very beginning, and only had QXR to worry about. At this point, this sinking ship cannot be saved. Bail people. Bail ASAP. If you're not already looking and interviewing, youre a fool.
Remember the big build up? The big presentation, about their new novel approach, it was earthshattering, was going to change the industry? Remember all that crap? Those people are still there, still babbling to Mark, planning their next adventure into fantasy land. Where is the accountability? Can upsher- smith survive anymore of their genius?

This company is a bait and switch! Tell the Physcians we are " different and new. We care about patients and making things easy and affordable" WRONG Bait and switch to their employees "we are a family, we care about each of you. We want to hear your ideas and we want to do things differently. You are speciality sales force and will be paid a nice IC plan" WRONG
Sad but true. Thing is we knew what we were signing up to. at least most of us did. a lot of us were unemployed looking for work. some of us were told the "at plan" IC payout was $20K, some were told $30K. We knew coming in that USL was in the generics business and that QXR was an ER formulation of an old product. were we sold a load of shit? sure. but we were hoping things would go better than expected. very poor leadership here. its a failure and we need to move on and use this as a learning experience. good luck people.
