So how many BSS's

Are getting cut? Really a sad thing but it's been coming. Nice packages though. Take package or move to other therapies. That is the question if lucky enough to be where you have that option. Me, moving out. Can't do this anymore. Rather take the job now than be looking at the same time as everyone else will be.

 

What's the word then? And when? We all know it's coming.

 

Should have been announced already but postponed so they have the very last drop of possible effort for this season. How many dopes have been convinced otherwise by their Manager who portrays like they are guiding you to what is best for you. Just stick around, things are ok now as they stand? Total BS. Managers told that they are covering areas "waiting" to be back filled but those managers know there will be no back filling, just more cuts where people don't quit. Why would a manager do the right thing and encourage you to do the right thing a jump ship? They won't. They don't want to cover your area. Some of them are getting cut too. They are looking for jobs too. Managers have MBOs for call activity of their reps. You need to keep working for them to make their $.

 

What's the endgame for? Its pointless to be calling on all these offices in case they just might have a candidate. There's no there there. Displaced managers will likely land on their feet in other AZ Tx's,. What does a thinned out ID sales force look like?

 

AZ rep here. Are some of you guys getting let go? Who and why? Does it have anything to do with the Q4 2014 profit decline of $350,000,000 for AZ?

Abm's were in Arizona this week interviewing to back fill one of 2 open positions there

 

They've been down that road before, wasting time interviewing to put on a show. Doesn't mean a thing.

 

Oh my people, there is always a worry about layoffs with any company and frankly, that is the industry. Anyone in it long enough knows there are risks everywhere. Suck it up and focus on your job.

 

Abm's were in Arizona a few weeks ago interviewing for a BSS position. They are only backfilling one out of 2 positions.

 

Rest of bss's will play survival lottery in April.

 

Any insights ? What changes coming?

 

Lots of discussions going on based on what the "consultants" have to say regarding our products, structure and basically everything related to the Medi side of the spec products. It might not turn out well for people if you define well as having an income. The time has come folks and there isn't much left to milk.

 

Decisions already made. Just waiting for the music to stop so we see who gets a chair.

 

Very few positions will be reduced. Of those that are reduced, some will relocate and take open positions. It's not going to be that bad. Relax.

 

Relax is right. Because nothing says your career is going great better than getting sample signatures on an ipad.

 

So now what?

 

Time will tell. Monday we will know how many BSS,PHM,RSM,FRM etc are gone with the wind.
