    Just how many sales models do we need? UCB, spend money on improving processes like incorrect databases. How much $$ did they waste on this latest new and improved " way to think better " bs.

    Agree. It's all going back to the dark ages. Who manages from bottom up anymore? Thing of the past. Metrics, constant field ride alongs, telling what to say and when to say = miserable beat down sales force.
