why do they keep hiring people in medical and legal that do absolutely nothing accept but a drag on the companies bottom line? There is no leadership and its all about kingdom building with no long term planning. What is going on?

 

Medical and legal? What about marketing with exponential growth?

 

Correct. Hiring too many people to do nothing. Missed revenue projections today because of exploding costs. Reign it in folks. Its a small market product but you are running it like a big pharma. Stop hiring people that are not needed.
