Interviewing for a contract sales opening. What's the lowdown on salary, bonus, products, coverage, company culture, future outlook, etc.?
Salary good, bonus ok, product is a me too of a generic, hard sell but good managed care coverage, lots of turn over, incompetent management. It is an interesting field to be in but the launch was a disaster. Company mindset is to trash others and force Zubsolv on patients through managed care.
Depends on your geography as I have great managed care coverage and my share has been growing every week. Not a bad place to be. Good luck.
could anyone please provide info on training? Are all field sales reps through Inventiv and PSS? No direct hire?
