Unbelievable we are punished for not akin quota and they are overcompensated! Crooks and thieves! I hope investors are happy now.
I have no problem with people being compensated, but, the reps are outnumbered by the competition by 3-5x. We are competitions agains much lower pricing. We are competing against significant DTC ads. We are competing against sampling and yet, we are told we aren't making our numbers. Give us something, anything to help us be more successful. This is a tremendously talented sales force. There is tons of experience. Most say they have worked harder than they ever have to make Q successful and yet, upper management gets huge increases and stock. Don't tell us we aren't making the numbers, maybe the numbers were not set correctly in the first place. This group wants success but the board and shareholders need to demand were get the ammunition to at least be in the fight.
