    ADG is back and has changed we like her so lay off . You don't know her.

    Phased who out? I worked for her and was never phased out. Just think she is a terrible example of women in leadership at this company. There are so many respectable women who are positive role models for new reps. She isn't one of them yet DR continues to promote her for some strange reason.

    Any other manager that had pulled the obnoxious stunts that she has pulled over the years would have been let go a long time ago. So glad to hear she has changed, however, no other Lilly employee would have been given a chance to change with all of the blatant zero tolerance rules that she has broken. She is an example of why employees here have no respect for management anymore. You reap what you sow.

    YOU ARE CORRECT AND CHANCES ARE YOU ARE OVER 45 AND MALE, and had to experience her terrible RATH. You poor person. Life must be better now for you being away from this mess. Pretty bad when one misses your flights because one likes to party so much they can't even get there tail out of bed. Your better off now.

    How much did canceling that meeting cost Lilly again? Nobody wants to talk about that expense as they continue to take money away from us in the field. Such hypocrites.

    Apparently a lot of Lilly employees are "not over" the horrible management we are now subjected to. How about you leave and get some managers with some talent in here and we could actually "get over it".

    It costs a TON of money. But since it was DR's gp money was no expense. Now get out there and sell, sell, sell and remember we only have $1.50 per head budget for lunches!

    I was there. Any rep or dm would have been fired on the spot. Huge black eye for Lilly that has been allowed to continue. Disgusting.

    Lilly expects everyone to just forget how horrible mgt is. Current leadership is the worst mgt has ever been. People won't respect leadership until huge changes are made. I have never seen morale be so low at a company before. That's because upper mgt takes care of each other. They know where are the skeletons are so they just keep promoting each other along. Truly pathetic.

    Low class, menial jobs these days. Nothing glamorous about it anymore. The only way to get ahead is to lie about virtually everything that you do. People in leadership have mastered it. They have no conscious, no souls. Look at their personal lives. They are a wreck. The way they act at meetings etc.. is horrifying. Apparently their stay-at-home spouses just continue to look the other way. Bought and paid for. You can't be that awful at work and not be that way in your personal life. But...eventually karma gets everyone.

    NV has hands down the worst mgt team at Lilly, who also have the worst reps. Our meetings are just horrible. I look around and cannot figure out what the f*** happened to our company. How did it all collapse so fast? It's like they did it all on purpose.

    Keep hearing that reps are moving into the customer service model (basically delivery driver with no brains or quotas) which makes sense based on who we are hiring. Source Force and AZ delivery drivers don't make over $40,000 per year and have 500+ docs.

    Time to get out and find a real career. Lilly destroyed this one. Pfizer and Merck did it too but Lilly was was one of the ring leaders.
