This time last year Marlow was being readied for mass expansion, extra office space bought and kitted out. Now the was a rush to clear one part of the building and the builders are in to remove the lab space. I maybe reading between the lines but things don't look good, my guess is that Marlow will close and many roles that remain will be moved to Actavis Switzerland. There are a few old Warner chilcot offices around that may house some AGN jobs, the rest are screwed.

The drug packaging and distribution space is no longer needed as all is now transferred to Westport as planned several years ago. Ground floor north was moth balled after Endurance as this reduces costs. All this pre Actavis. Stop making up crap. The future of Marlow is not yet decided; certainly nobody who posts on here is in the know so any comments on closure are speculation at this time.
There will be lots of speculation, but in the end our fate is not in our own hands and as we saw with endurance a numbers game will be played rather than personal. Only 8 weeks to go now, we are told that tough choices will be made quickly & with respect. Keep your head down & try to avoid getting sucked into rumour. If you do end up going then go with head held high and on good terms, it is a small world and bad moves now may cause problems for you further down the career path.
