Anyone hear this? Word is that Medacta approached them at AAHKS and had a closed door meeting. Guess it could happen, J&J would get good market share in Europe and little in US. Might be good for some tax benefits
I know for sure their numbers year over year were not that great and Dremel is going to make alot of money from the deal
Why would Depuy even consider that? Medacta is losing marketshare in Europe and not gaining much in the US. There are several other small companies that would be better, you have to offer more than just a dual mobility cup and a junk knee system.
