    Hmmm. Why not?

If exiting hand raisers and retirees leave holes in the cheese...someone needs to fill those spots.

If less manager spots? :( .......some of those rep spots could be good opportunities.

I'm pretty sure they are not going to honor hand raisers to the point of creating vacancies. Why pay someone to leave and then need to pay someone else to do the job?

You also have vacancies that must be filled. Hire and train a stranger? To hire and train is at least 100K in operational expenses...Getting up to speed adds to that tab.....

CTLs have the background, skills to be LERs or exec reps....
    Why waste talent and time?

Talent?? Are you joking?? You think the CTLs have "talent" as salespeople??

Hell, they can't even get out of their bathrobes most days...

Three letters: CSO. How is this not clear to people?

More letters....S2, S3, LER, VP winners. All hand waving and wanting the package.
Perfect spots for those mangers needing a job......

To many CTLs are lazy and need a swift kick out the door to eliminate a lot of unneeded overhead.
