Recruiter Here With A Question About Applied?

    It changes every quarter but it averages out to 100k/yr if you're lucky. That's just one of the reasons turnover is so bad.

    That's if you're lucky. I think most new TMs are making closer to 80K, then it's possible to get occasional base pay increases in subsequent years if your manager wants to keep you (but don't count on them).

    We are known as a company that provides training for entry level, or experienced people who have lost a job. People leave because of the culture and money. Products are very good, but this is short term gig for those trying to make the jump into device. The reputation is very clear!

    Great so far. Haven't launched it in the US yet though.
