I interviewed for a DM job with Janssen Biotec (Rheumatology)... any thoughts on this job? I want to be able to decipher between the way the RSD is selling and what the job really entails.
Overall it will be a good job, assuming you have a strong ability to filter what comes from upper management and not create firedrills for yourself or your reps. Also, since you are being chosen by your RBD, the first year or two will be great because they will want to highlight all of the things you do that make them look smart for hiring you. JNJ is the mutual fund of healthcare. There are areas that are growing and there will be opportunities to morph your career over years and still stay in JNJ. Don't listen to the naysayers. Every place has their issues. JNJ has been good to me and my family...actually very good.
