Cast your nominee for worst leaders. Rules: 1. Leader must be at Celgene for at least 1 year 2. Leader must be at least at Director level with a minimum of 1 direct report 3. Leader shows up in the office at least once a week. 4. Use the person's initials when casting your nominee. And who hired her ? RO. And who hired the DMs? All of the DMs are the laughing stock of us in Oncology, I mean what's their credentials??? We try and at least hire people who can pretend to have management experience or some other credentials
Hey, I too was rejected by Celgene I&I. I now spend my time after I clock out at IN-N-OUT pretending to be an oncology rep. You can imagine how good I feel when I lay down on mom's couch to sleep each evening.
