Nice manager response. Are you the person the poster is talking about who got ahead at any cost?

There has got to be a restructuring at the dm/rm level. When you increase district size you need less managers and less regional managers. Who will get the axe and when do you think it will happen?

Sooner rather than later...some of these DM's and RM's deserve it after all of their scams and bs behavior!!!!

It's all about lowering costs. A year and a half experience and then a DM! They don't even know their left from their right! No value brought to the table . Just a glorified baby sitter. They can let half of them go and they would not be missed. Expect it by October 1. They are simply resetting the bar...they don't need great reps any longer...they don't have anything to sell.....OxyContin patent going going gone. endorse launched a Buprenorphine product January then what! Find a job.

Do you mean Endo is launching a Buprenorphine product in January? What about our once a day hydrocodone? Won't they need us to sell it? Any word on the OxyContin patent?

Not worried about Endo's BEMA transmucousal delivered Buprenorphine even IF it is approved. Good luck selling that in this market climate! Why not just make it a sucker with tropical fruit flavors?

I would rather have a tablet than a 7 day patch....why do you think it will be hard to sell that in this market?

I have had DM's that had no experience and those with 15yrs...what makes a good DM is someone who is positive and creates an environment of complete transparency. Don't try and change your style, but helps you look at your business or accounts in different ways. Strategize together and discuss how to improve your sales. Someone who honestly cares about you as a person and not an imposter. Works hard and doesn't expect you to do anything he/she wouldn't do. Someone who had had success and you respect. For instance, a manger who has own Toppers Top 10% as a rep so can talk the talk and walk the walk. Will go to bat for you with the RM...whether it's an annual review, promotion, etc. We all learn as we go and grow through mistakes, but if you have a manager who is humble enough to admit that they don't have all the answers then these are traits that certainly stand out.

It's not a tablet....more like a dissolvable strip in the mouth.... You think most Dr.'s will go for that when that type of delivery via abuse is the main reason they avoid TDF?

Buprenorphine and Fentanyl aren't even close to being the same thing.

Thanks for clearing that up! Buprenorphine has a checkered past too when it comes to abuse problems. Just ask your longer tenured pain/addiction specialists.
