On May 22, 2014, pursuant to the terms of the Employment Agreement effective as of December 7, 1999 between Uroplasty, Inc. (the “Company”) and Susan Hartjes Holman, the Company’s Senior Vice President of Operations and Regulatory Affairs, the Company notified Ms. Holman that her employment with the Company will end on June 21, 2014.

Just an outside observer...why was she fired?

 

My opinion is the last one standing of the old officers.

 

She IS a classy lady.
