TS is worthless and just a yes man to anyone above him. At least Dunne had balls and is a throw back to the trauma past. TC suggestion is hilarious.
You guys are nuts. Sutton is hands down one of the best managers in the company. He has an admittedly unique style but he gets it done. Look at his #'s. He has been standing on the podium winning manager of the year more than anyone else in a long time.
He has some strong accounts that were doing well long before he walked into the territory for SNN. TS has done nothing necessarily wrong but hasn't done anything awesome there either. Average at best. Thinks more of himself than what is real. Gotta look at the territory and its overall history.
I heard TS left Baltimore and moved into a place outside of Philadelphia. Making a run for it? Why did he leave Baltimore?
Sutton' whole area was built by Dave Dunne. Dunne hired and trained every significant producing rep still working in DC, Baltimore and Philadelphia. It was Dunne's strategy and plan that put all of the business in place that is there now. TS hasn't hired any significant producers and hasn't brought any new business to any area he has managed.
DD is still in the mix and is being vetted for a new leadership role. MS and DD are going to be the new power couple. DP is out 1/1 supposedly along with TS.
Is he really gone? Will miss TS a lot, sorry to hear he won't be around anymore. He was always a friend and someone who would pick up the tab, even if he couldn't find his pocket.
