I have gotten a few frantic calls from PSRs saying they can't see their patients' compliance/downloads, etc. I have rock star PSRs that manage their patients very closely and we've had tremendous success increasing compliance, decreasing complaints, and lengthening length of use. Does anyone know what is going on?
Yeah, you have PSR's that are fools! They do extra things that aren't in their job descriptions for next to nothing! They must be slow to not realize that they get paid the same for a fit or follow up regardless of the compliance and downloads. On the other hand, congratulations on getting sucker, transactional contract workers to do your job! I guess I always feel bad having a non-employee, who doesn't receive benefits and has capped compensation for legal reasons do extra work they don't get paid for.
