While TMVs maintained and grew Abthera and Prevena business for very little points, Life Cell reps were handed free $ that was directly taken out of the TMV's budget.
So basically, when they told the TMVs how much Life Cell reps would help with the collaboration they left out the fact that they would pay them better than they pay the TMVs and it would come out of the TMVs budget and once the money was gone, it's gone! Put as many feet on the ground in a desperate attempt to hit their numbers all under comp money that was specifically budgeted for the TMVs only, fabulous! Guess who's greedy idea this was?
They are also double paying TSV's and Systagenix reps on Cellutome. I am sure that it is coming out of the remaining cellutome budgets. Typical "let's through shit at the wall and see what sticks". There's no direction or plan with this leadership team. Classic Cluster Fuk where no thought is made just the fact that they want to hit the number at any and all expenses.
