    It has been a epic failure. But put it in your bag with Gralise and trot it out with every pain specialist you can find. Tell them it's perfect for patients with mucositis.

    Why are Lazanda reps calling on pain specialists, family practice, internal medicine docs when the indication is for cancer pain? Unethical and Off Label Selling?
    - from a Iroko rep selling chronic pain indicated for chronic pain

    You're half right. A lot of pain specialists treat cancer pain. Oncs call them in when the pain is too difficult for Percocet. Most oncs don't really do a good job of managing complicated pain. They know it and turf it to specialists

    If you're not calling on pain specialists that have referral relationships with oncology practices or academic centers, you're missing a big and important audience.

    so says the jack as with the pain management market landscape report due..this dude is setting bait on every pain board...shit you'll say anything to get some information on any pains groups targeting and messaging. Got tired of pretending you were interviewing huh?

    anyone who says selling a BTP drug to pain specialists is off label is a competitor trying to keep you from succeeding. Pain specialists treat pain. Any kind of pain. Guess what causes a lot of pain? Cancer. Guess who oncologists send their tough patients to? Pain specialists.

    If you want to stay on label first question: how many cancer patients do you have in your practice? Second question: How many have breakthrough pain?
