2 day field visits, top down pressure on activity, pocket meetings with pom poms, turnover like I have never seen, now RSM's ("the most important people in the company" LP, et al.) with ZERO oncology experience! Drive the GPO business, get in a better MC position and start by firing the ever so useless MH. Just for starters......

You aren't kidding.............but blame LP the Executioner; he is bleeding this company dry. He has NO fricking ideal about this company and his primary care experience is driving us away; if you aren't looking for a job you better be; I give this company till the end of the year before we are bought out. Oh yes I know the Japanese have all this money, want to be in the US market but for the last five years, this company has had numerous management teams, the key people like CW, ST, and others said why stay here, and now we have primary care managers who are riding with us every other week, know nothing about the products and tells the doctors all sort of crap and its not even true.

We have to go back after the manager leaves with the hope that they don't blame us and by the time the year is ended, there will not one office who will want to see our managers, they are causing us more harm than good...........................god this company sucks......

Its true the company really does have leadership issues.

It's a shame because Sancuso is such a great product and really does make a difference for patients.

LP and these so called reassuring pocket meetings are a joke. This is his best attempt to pour the Kool-Aid to every one so we don't all bolt like a herd of cattle. The mood, and general feeling is that EVERYONE LP is looking. You cut a million dollars in payroll and then drop the incentive percent to 90% now because you have some money to give, and know that NO one is going to make bonus for the quarters so you are trying to stop the bleeding until major cuts that will happen again at the end of the year.

Just cut the crap we know what you are up do LP, you aren't fooling anyone. You are a joke LP and lying joke.......................

Tom S. is in Scotland rolling in his millions; LP the executioner is saving him millions by his slash and burn cost cutting. There is NO way in hell we are going to hit our Sancuso number so the Japanese dolly will be considered a "special needs" person because it will have only one eye.................. layoffs will be coming in December right around the time we get Christmas vacation because our fearless leaders continue to lie to Japan and tell them its the oncology reps fault...................I am looking as we speak with countless others in this sinking ship and I know LP will be the first to jump off...........such and ass wipe.................

The turnover rate is killing Prostrakan. Revenues will never go up with new hires every day. No pay for performance, no incentive to stay, unrealistic expectations, good paying jobs with solid companies opening up daily across the country. The busiest area of the company is the training department. Very sad, here today, gone tomorrow.

Stay away...................this company has hired in upper management people who know NOTHING about oncology.......................LP sole purpose is to show a profit, but what is lacking are sales, market share with a patch that has manage care issues, and a twenty five year old breast cancer drug...................Sounds like a lot of opportunity ..............right? That's why people who are still there are looking and cant wait to get OUT...............

Is Jeff Buchalter the CEO of Archimedes still kicking around? He knows oncology. He doesn't no pain (expect what he inflicted on Archimedes investors), but he does know oncology. Maybe that's why they bought Archimedes.
