    Why?? Have you ever met the micro managing manager. The guy is a joke and an embarrassment to the company especially when he is front of customers. Everyone from that region wants to leave and eventually will once they find a place to go.

    LOL, nothing to do with his manager....JS just got a better opportunity plain and simple...followed CS to Intermune. Many others were going but got cold feet. So we shall see.
    If they had an opening in my area I would go as well.....

    This place is a joke. Micromanaging is ridiculous. Don't hire people if you don't trust them. Don't hire people and micro them to the point of insanity.

    Shesssssssss back. Lisa took a break from writing psycho but she is baccccccccccccck.
    Talk to Micheal about what you are and are not allowed to be posting. Posting on the mental state of an old employee might end up costing the company more than your unjustified salary, loss of sales and cost to train new employees... There is no ROI on you so you better be careful.

    Wow. The liability the company must have to carry to have an executive posting insults regarding and ex employees mental state. She is dumb she should probably keep her mouth shut. Do they have a recovery fund set in place for all of LM's black book victims?

    The company is dumber for keeping her. All the drama she has been involved in has directly shown a decrease in product productivity. The companies most profitable product that she is responsible for has tanked in the last several years. The ED med she is promoting does not even have double digit market share. She is a waste. I would like to know how much the company has paid out (legal fees, employee settlements, unemployment insurance etc... ) while supporting her internal drama. She really should be let go.

    Gotta admit you wore the word psycho out 2 years ago.
    Lisa is a major bitch and should be called out for her unprofessionalism and desire to not hire those more talented than her and fire and PIP people she does not like for the rest of her working days. Not psycho, even a bit.... Lisa met her match. Payback is a bitch.

    She should be fired for engaging in this kind of disruption for so many years. She has been writing psycho on this board for over 2 years. She should be fired for lack of professional maturity.
