My DM told me the same today. If it's good, I will consider taking it.

 

Is there any truth to this? What is the criteria of the package in relation to how long someone's been here?

 

Zero. There is ZERO truth to this.

 

No one knows. However we will be given a short period of time on whether to accept or reject.

 

My source was dead on about layoffs. Unless you are JH, you don't know anything. This will happen soon to be followed by layoffs.

 

Just heard that it will be tenured based.

Sadly, just because you have tenure here doesn't mean you are paid more than someone hired a year ago. I know for a fact that I am paid the same or less than reps with less tenure than me. I don't believe it will be based on tenure, IF this happens.

 

It's when it happens. It's 100% confirmed. I know what decision I will make.
