Massive DM and ROTA layoffs to come after meetings.

Can't wait to have the tables turned on the heartless ones who were so cold and robotic reading scripts to others back in Jan...now will have a script read to them in the same fashion. Bring it on!!

 

On our conference call this week our manager seemed very excited to tell us that the regional meeting was going to be "edgy and uncomfortable". Apparently this is a result of having spent over 60 million on marketing with little ROA. The new vibe is for the rep to work harder because they are afraid of getting fired. This is so NOT motivating.

 

It motivates me to get out of here. There is NO way in hell the company reaches the goals set for the fiscal year. Docs who matter laugh at this product. Maybe in 10 years. But most of us have 10 weeks.

 

Unfortunate but highly likely.
