while it is nice that you have celebrations... Please explain why we sat in the cold for hours and listened to the powers to be talk about themselves. While the company was built 20 years ago it is the people that built it further. There was nothing congratulatory to us. It was about listening to others talk about themselves... Stories we have heard over and over. the culture in this place is becoming toxic. Thanks corporate communications for putting this together. I would rather be shown appreciation as a worker in this company. that being said like others I am actively looking to leave.
The company is Ron's theater; everything is about Ron. Deal with it. You get paid to clap when told, and laugh at his jokes. Do what you are told. Didn't you see those big signs that spelled out "APPLAUSE" ? LMAO
I could care less. I am looking - actively looking. Commercial is a thankless hole. People are not appreciated. We are treated like children. Most people are looking to leave and I am one of them - hopefully soon.
