Finished winning my 2nd Platinum here. Made 2.5% raise and people at bottom in good standing made it too. I give a rats ass about 3 year stock grants which could be worthless if the market or the company tanks. I am valued so little here. 3 weeks vacation not comparable to other companies out there. Carry on , I'm looking.

i heard the next training class will have nearly 25 people in it. How sad is it that everyone's leaving? Doesn't management understand there is a problem here

Yep - when you think about it, there has been a tremendous amount of turnover. Constant revolving door. I can't understand how upper management doesn't recognize that this is a problem. Crappy raises (which is likely less than the general rate of inflation), average at best benefits and a complete lack of corporate culture. Come to think of it, what is the culture here?

Incompetent management, no promotions, terrible benefits.

Worst place I've ever worked at! Growing my acquisition and penny pinching, not revenue. Can't wait to see it crash and burn, but hopefully after my 3,000 stock options have vested hahaha

The good reps are the ones leaving because they are smart enough to know Valiant is the worse place in the industry to work for and they are marketable enough to find better opportunities elsewhere. Those staying are the bottom performers with zero options to pursue!
