Base salaries are low. 40k less thAn other hospital roles with the responsibilities of basically 2 jobs: hospital and CF. People will not stay when salaries are lower than industry. People here do too many speaker programs, conventions, patient fairs, eat. You work 24/7 here.

 

Medical cost is comparable to all other companies, can't say its 3600 more when that is what most pay total a year. All companies are charging significant amounts these days. We expense 125$ a month for cell which is generous compared to other co's. The 401k is a little light but at least they raised it a little. Maybe they will look at that again in the near future. Car allowance is right in line when you take into consideration it is tax free. All other places that give a higher amount are giving most of it as taxable income. Most stock options given these days are only given to top performers and the options are not guaranteed to be worth anything, where the profit is guaranteed when issued to you. I am not in leadership but just pointing out some of your inaccuracies. Peace out!

Yeah it's a lot of work but as long as you just make sure you do enough calls you can BS your way through account planning. Do enough programs or whatever, skate to a decent payout, even if you don't hit goals. Play the game, results are secondary with four products in the bag.
