    Why are your reps in family practice and internal medicine offices selling a drug for cancer pain? Shouldn't your reps be in ONC offices selling for your indications?

    ionsys will be positioned as an alternative to morphine PCA in post op pain control. Not sure if label will include malignant pain. Maybe used for breakthrough pain?

    actually, all reps selling breakthrough cancer pain meds should be in the offices of pain specialists.
