Reps still LEAVING... Nothing Changed...

    The only thing the new management has done is change the length of the bonus from Quarterly to a 6 month plan. Reps were not complaining about that. WE ARE COMPLAINING ABOUT COMPETITIVE COMPANIES PAYING MORE $$$$... Bill you asked US at NAABM to hold you accountable. Well you haven't done a thing except tell us how many projects you have started. 17 Way to go...Your #18 will be finding another job bc the sales force is still leaving. You FAILED to stabilized the reps.

    Maybe you forgot at NAABM that BC said it would be a totally different company in a year. Well it is after only 90 days. Good job BC. Can't wait to see which friend of yours you bring on board next as your right hand man. I guess retention wasn't part of your goal.

    Now AS is gone. Once again the NE is without a RM with two open territories. Anticipate more leaving as only a few are on target to make any "commission" the second quarter of the first half. Second quarter of the first half, what a dumb ass way to run a sales force. Unrealistic Kcentra quotas and price increase on Privigen makes it very difficult to consider staying here.

    Seriously where is everyone going to ? Please name which companies aren't reorging realigning trimming sales forces and facing stiff managed care competition - either give away your drug for tier 2 coverage or become non preferred...at least we don't deal with managed care nonsense or chasing signatures or bimonthly fiend rides...a lot of complaining for a company in the niche of the marketplace biotherapeutics too small to cut reps offering job security and who knows maybe expansion with career opportunities! Good riddance to those who leave - gives the rest of us a shot to make more $ and grow our careers!
