This is a gene based company focusing on the state of the art medical future. How on earth do they get away with paying so little when some of your competition pays nearly double with perks? It's baffling. Am I missing something? I was asked to interview and when salary, comm, etc was discussed I was in shock. Currently, I work with a biopharmaceutical company making 160K in base alone which I realize it on the high side but have been there for 4 years was interested in the future of genomic testing. Am I being low balled or is this for real? Thanks!
What job are you looking for? 160k. Really? I know many people at Myriad both AE's and AM's who took a 15k-20k salary cut who will also say they have never made as much money as they have made at Myriad because of our un-capped commission plan.
