PS, Flem such dirtbags that just keep hopping company to company ruining morale and divisions while bringing their friends in for over paid positions and firing the people there before them. She is your worst nightmare. If she is brought in as your boss, immediately start looking for another job. Worst micromanaging C*NT you have ever met.

    B&L board says KK is headed your way. right on cue, right behind perry. this pack of r*****s is going to ruin your life. if you report to KK under ps. start looking for another job now! the amount of micromanaging coming you way is nothing short of totally mindblowing.     Not to mention the micro is pointless and useless; just a way to intimidate reportees (managers-god help you!); busy work, a way to make her look intelligent and she's not the sharpest tool. Will focus on the most trivial meaningless thing, and ride it to death! OCD that way.

    Next-expect fraudulent numbers/rankings; perry and kks favorites, suck asses, rewarded on the backs if others. Meaning, they will fluff the data so their minions win awards and get promotions. The actual producers will not be compensated, and their loser cronies will reap others hard work. Novartis, Bausch, and now SHIRE

    previous poster was dead on. the email death roll. managers you have no idea. every time you log in, over 100 new emails. she just sends out email after email, 1 line action items. brutal. the micro was positively unbearable. at that was the point. the point was to fire people and have them leave.

    more on micro. color coded calendars. I mean grade school level treatment here. god forbid you didn't color code a 1st line call the right way, she would send you 10 more emails about how to color code your calendar.

    As for the focus on the most trivial thing. she is too stupid to come in and learn your business so she will come in and pick apart something you say.
    so why were your numbers below goal last quarter. well you know lexapro went off patent. what do you mean it's off patent. the patent expired. you're still selling it right. right but the scrips are going generic. lexapro isn't generic. I know lexapro isn't generic but... then you shouldn't have a problem selling it right. right ok whatever...

    every frikin conversation is like that with her. I seriously think she is partially retarded. enjoy. you've been warned.

    Everything she has ever touched, been in charge of or directed has headed South. How can she get rehired anywhere? She must be someone's concubine as she has utterly no management skills or talent. Anyone that has seen her in action realizes she is a narcissistic sociopath. Not said to demean her but sadly for all those around and beneath her... the simple truth.She should be assigned some role with tasks to accomplish that does not involve interactions with subordinates. She is better suited for some analyst role in a quiet cubicle at the end of the hall.Sociopaths look and talk like everyone else until they obtain the power to demean and debase others to inflate their self worth and to compensate for their insecurities.

    This is an impressive email chain for someone who hasn't yet joined the company...wonder if Flemming and Perry will risk their reputation on bringing her in. Hard for her to succeed with common knowledge of her track record...

    Hardly- he's the CEO and can do what he wants. Have you had any interactions yet with Perry? When you are buds with the CEO that's all that matters. And while everything posted here has been eerily accurate, there are worse fates than working for clowns who are connected with a sales- focused CEO.

    Hilarious!!! I don't know poster or this KK but I've been part of similar conversations... "you know lexapro went off patent, right?" That is classic. How do these people get to these positions???? Seriously. Just think how companies and reps could benefit if qualified, normal human beings were put in management positions. Not the puppets that seem to be so prevelant who have absolutely no regard for the livlihood of the reps they are supposed to coach, mentor, lead, etc.... couple that with the incompetant HR depts that are supposed to help ALL employees.... not just protect these incompetant, bobble-head "managers".
