Roche'''Hands down when they had accutane. Then they said bye, bye to the sales force when the patent ran out. They had the best and most respected derm sales force in the industry, THEN. Can't live in the past, best now Ranbaxy. LOL

Isn't everyone here forgetting about Valeant? I hear they are great to work for and treat their reps very well. The GM of derm is supposedly a genius and the NSM is incredible to work for and has great insight into the derm world. Go Valeant!!!!

Stiefel reps sold as slave labor to GSK. Seems like they have every intention of sucking the life and any possible bonus dollar that could be made out of every rep that hasn't been let go yet.

Triax aint bad if you are willing to work. Those of us that work hard at Triax make a lot of IC money - Reps that slack off get nothing, then come on here to bitch about it. You can't expect to lose business and get paid... I've made above 6k every quarter since i've been here.

Believe me, Triax is bad. The Reps do work hard, but there is no respect from upper management. Thats great you are happy Chuck, but you are the only one.

Triax is terrible!!!! They are the most unorganized bunch of jerks in all pharma!! Low pay, low payout!! If you think 6k is good then you are mistaken. Coria, Medicis, Galderma reps make 3x that in a quarter!!! Get a life Tom!! I'm sure you think Triax is the best since they're the only idiots to hire a 29 year old midgrade rep that has never managed before and made them a manager.

$6k!?!?!?!? WOW!!! That has to be the lowest I've ever heard in Derm. That's primary care bonus there. No wonder they're such a joke!

Be a real man and start your own derm company, and stop slaving yourself out for a few small bucks, you stinkin' girly-man. The derm pharmaceutical business is easy. It is just bad waste-your-time managers that make the easiest job in the world a complete and unmanagable nightmare.

Aqua Pharmaceuticals will suck you in, chew you up and spit you out!
They hire reps with experience so they can go into a territory , clean it up, get it going and then they cut you loose. They then hire someone with NO experience to go clalim your fame and be under paid. The turn over rate is unblelievable and the Physicians notice it and want nothing to do with their products! Be smart in your career choices, if you do not mind jumping jobs, then you can get hired for a year from this company. They look for things to fire their employess! Better have eyes in the back of your head. If you think this is from an unhappy past employee..call a physician office and ask for the representatives number and call them!

Most of the Dermatology Companies are about the same today. With all of the changes and restructuring going on, most of your leads are moving on in the middle of doing contracts. "Good By", to the old ways of running a company and treating your team with respect, the botton line is coporate all the way and they do not care who get steped on duing the by outs!

FYI : Barrier has been acquired 3 years ago, Stiefel is in with GSK, Intendis is with Bayer andthe list goes on.

Pharmaderm?! Really?! Pharmaderm sucks donkey balls. Their products suck, they force u to promote off label, and they hired a new sales force in January only to lay off a third of their total sales force in November. This company will fold within a year.
