And we will pay you to keep quiet about the general incompetence of the sr mgmt, especially if they are of a minority group (who bad mouthed you until it was easier to pay you to leave)... fun... and move to TO and sink your money into a house that will cost you a year or two salary to get out of... it's a great area. LAX is just a three hour drive (with traffic, fair/balance)... good food is only an hour away (with DUI stops). Kids will love learning Spanish and their classes which will be level set to those that don't speak English... just don't move on to an area where people in the US primarily speak English or they will suffer.
