In one of the recent IBU management meetings, an overweight woman was referred to "as broad as a barn door" in a very disparaging and discriminatory way by one of Laura’s most senior managers. Does Laura accept this language from one of her senior managers? Isn’t this a case of blatant discrimination against fat people? The in-your-face unapologetic attitude was disgusting.

Seriously, if you're fat you've got no right having a job. This board is absurd.
