    I loved the way Tim Sear pronounced ophthalmologists as "off-thalmologists", and he personally knew many, many of our customers. Class act.

    Buy in ,logic ,positive reinforcement ...this was Tim and his team ,and you could add courtesy ,intelligence ..then we saw the KB ,BB ,RA arrogance ...now as you say so well you have the dictatorial arrogance /ignorance of the middle east SM ,LA ,and more being hired ...
    This company is doomed.
