Who hired GY? This person and GY should be walked out the door. Those that are responsible for the pipeline Have been spectacular failures and need to go.

R&D has demonstrated an inability to collaborate internally. What makes anyone think that they can collaborate with google?

    Hmmmmmm

    Where to start....
    Esbatech
    Replenish
    Thrombogenics
    Bayer
    Summit

Keep going? Everyone knows it sucks to work with Novartacon. Hasn't been a good alliance manager since Susan Orr and Kim McLeod.... Oh wait we ran both off...

Susan Orr has my respect. It is easy to see such a professional from far.
Paul H., on the other hand, was way over his head in Alliances.

The examples are obvious to any that are familiar with this organization. It is also a very simple math calculation to obtain some insights. Poor cooperation has a negative impact the number of new products per year, the speed of development and the return on investment.

    1) Compare Cash Spent on R&D between 2009 to 2014)/ Number of new products to Cooper. This is a unflattering number. If you don't like this figure, do the same going back 10 years.

    2) Compare Alcon's Market Share for various product categories for today versus same products going back 5 or 10 years - More bad news

    3) Evaluate objective business metrics (Number of new products, return on investment, employee turn over, changes in market share). This will paint a clear picture of any business unit's health (internal or external). If there is sales growth in any given unit, be sure to compare this with the overall growth of the market - rising tides lift all boats.

Is it true Sabrina's going away gift was a one way ticket back to Syria?
