ERIC R is THE WORST DM EVERRRRR

Most of them are all bad right now. I believe that it is a top down thing going on right now coming from upper management to ride the reps hard to try and drive performance. Putting people on PIPs and driving them out. I don't even recognize people at meetings anymore. I feel like half of the sales force has departed from just two years ago. Number one reason anyone leaves a company has always been having a poor manager. I feel like there is no trust anymore. Can't say a word to your manager out of fear of getting written up and getting dinged on your "Vs" and your "Bs". Just a joke anymore.

 

Since Novartis took over there has been a big move on the part of Alcon to have more diversity in the management ranks. So instead of hiring the best available they try to fill a quota and get problems for their efforts. Maybe time to rethink their strategy.

Do you even know how many times his district went to the BPO?? Countless number of times and he is still here. Obviously, Their voices do not matter.

 

I feel bad for that district. They have no protection and alcon just doesn't care. I'd love those surveys from his team.

 

He lost another rep yet again. Open your eyes Alcon.

 

If Alcon gave a crap he would have been gone years ago.
Wake up, it's in their bonus program to lose 4 reps a year.

 

Maybe he will quit like everyone else.

 

He wanted to hire me but instead I ran so fast from that district. It's toxic
