Can anyone give me info on a Vision Care sales position? Base, bonus, training, etc? Is it any different than the other parts of Alcon everyone seems to speak so negatively of?
its a check the box job and you have to have a good dm and partner to enjoy life otherwise it will be miserable. bonuses will be 3-5 k a qtr. you won't be marketable after one year in the role. who wants to hire a contact lens rep???
Who is more marketable- Alcon "contact rep" or Alcon pharma rep? Is vision care considered a promotion from pharma?
This is not a good company. The focus is on the service provider and not doing what's best for patients.
