I have no citations or points, Styker will be doing a background check... will an at fault accident 15 months ago hurt me? Fender bender... no citations issued, only insurance claim. No citations in the last 3 years, no points, just this? Should this be an issue? No injuries

Depends on a few factors: division? I believe most of Stryker's divisions don't give u a car so u should be fine, but i've heard of scenarios for more serious violations in less than 36 months being an issue. My advice would be just be up front from the beginning (perhaps even make a joke about it), but since u will probably be on your own insurance, u should be fine. Hope this helps
