How long will the BMS reps sold to AZ be kept on the payroll?

You should care because the arrangement reflects how willing BMS Loomis out for employees.

 

What do you think BMS cares about those rep they sold? Are you out of your fucking mind? They don't care about them or you or me for that matter. This job is a 12 month lease and once your gone they don't think twice about you and it's business as usual.

Everyone is out at the end of the year! HQ here one year contract to keep the saleforce intact and when that's done it will be over for most of those! Management is evaluating under a new system those who could be saved and those who'll be gone. Also a great chance for AZ to trim off some of its own deadwood! About 40% are scheduled to be shown the door but this could go up based on performance of some of our dogs! Actually ours will be small compared to Sanofi cause all their eggs are in the Lantus basket and when it drops they have to get rid of $12B. worth of expenses!
