Cv specialty pay

    Those in this role what is your experience selling eliquis? What is the target comp pay out?

    Eliquis is starting to compete with Xarelto and Pradaxa. My territory now outsells Pradaxa on 4 week volume and is within a few scripts of Xarelto. As for comp that varies by the rep and their background.

    Clearly bad will vary but what is the quarterly target/annual commission or incentive comp?

    Target is 28,000

    The target is not realistic. P club winners hit the target. Median realistic is about 18k annually.

    Thats peanuts not to mention sad! Pharma these days should be glad with a solid base. Realistically, what do you really do!

    Everyone in CV may have the "Specialty" title, however we are not being paid the Specialty salary.
    Take a look at the open CV positions. Quoted at $90,000 to $165,000. I'm currently at $82k in this very position as I am sure many of the 700+ reps are.
    We are being underpaid. Plain and simple.
