What is the deal with this latest lawsuit against Medline??

 

From what I hear the government decided not to participate. So basically what they said is that the case has no merit.

 

Is this case Mason vs Medline moving forward? Are we in big trouble?

 

Not with F. Lee Lieberman on the case.

 

We got word yesterday the judge dismissed it. There is no case. It was thrown out.

 

Heard it was refiled in Louisiana?

 

Oh no!! Not the great state of Louisiana. What will ever come of this -- LOL!

Please....these are like DWI's in the medical world. Which company hasn't gone through this and settled a case. Not a huge deal and will be brushed off.
